That means clinical judgment lives on site — changes in health, medication concerns, and care decisions are made by someone with real nursing training, not guessed at or escalated to an outside office.

The Westridge Home
A bright, single-story home with a covered patio, updated kitchen, and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms with grab bars throughout.
Casera Court Home
Our second licensed home, with a family room fireplace, a covered patio, and the same small-home ratio as Westridge.
Rates start at $4,500/month, depending on room type (shared or private) and level of care. Call for a current, personalized quote.
Most of our families are from Menifee, but we also welcome residents from Murrieta, Temecula, Lake Elsinore, and the rest of Southwest Riverside County — all a short drive away.

Each home is licensed for six residents — the state maximum for this type of care home, and a limit we'd keep even if it weren't required.
Yes. Someone is on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including overnight, at both homes.
