Penda Homes Assisted Living (“Penda Homes,” “we,” “us”) operates this website (the “Site”) to share information about our two licensed residential care homes in Menifee, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit the “Get Care Information Today” form or the tour-request form on our Contact page, we collect the information you enter: first and last name, phone number, email address, your preferred location, the type of care you’re asking about, and any message you choose to add. We use this only to respond to your inquiry — to call, text, or email you back about scheduling a tour or answering your questions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade this information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and general location and device information (such as browser type and approximate city-level location, not your precise address). Our forms are processed through Netlify, our website host, which receives and stores form submissions on our behalf so we can follow up with you.
